Sprout Joy is an iOS application designed to help parents and guardians nurture the Fruits of the Spirit in their children through a points-based reward system. The App allows you to:

Sprout Joy offers the following pricing options:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of Sprout Joy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Sprout Joy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (child profiles, rewards, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPROUT JOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or contacting us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
